Sales & Accommodation taxes (12%)..
All rates are for 4 adults and 2 children. $5.00 for each additional adult
or child. Maximum of 6 people. Children 6 and under free.
Rates subject to change without notification, plus tax.
Discounts for AAA, Good Sam, Coast-to-Coast, Escapees, Seniors,
Active Military and Charleston residents.
Passport America are for 30 AMP W/E back-in Water Front sites.
If 50 AMP service is required we offer 10% on all other sites.
Discounts not valid on holidays and holiday weekends.
Cancellation Policy: 7 day cancellation - 1 night if within 7 days.
Rates for reservations made months in advance are subject to change.
