    Contract Programs with Passport America and Happy Campers are for Water & 30 AMP sites, plus $4.00 utility surcharge. Unfortunately, due to increases from SCE&G, the utility surcharge has increased. Both Passport America and Happy Campers Clubs have been so advised. Members of these programs have the option to add 50 AMP & sewer for an additional fee.
